Requirements Understanding
In the first meeting, you provide us with your vision of the product. At this stage, we are ok with a few lines of description of what you are trying to achieve.
High Level Solution Architecture
We brainstorm within our team about various alternatives and present the best alternatives to you in a concise manner.
Scope Definition and Planning
We will clearly define the boundaries of the solution being developed and document the assumptions. Along with it, we prepare high level timeliness and milestones for each deliverable.
Detailed Requirements
This is when we get into discussions on more detailed requirements. We will document the requirements for you and get your sign-off on the deliverable
Detailed Solution Architecture
While we are understanding the detailed requirements, we will start building the detailed architecture in parallel. Detailed architecture will be ready by the time the detailed requirements and documented and signed-off.
Iterative Development
We do rapid application development based on the requirements with a transparent status reporting and regular product demos to take corrective actions, if any.
User Acceptance Testing
You get a chance to try the product first hand and give feedback.
Deployment And Support
